Rules & Regulations
- Two top teams will play in the Doubles Final.
- All Doubles matches will be best of 3 sets.
- If score is tied after 2 sets, a 10-point tie-breaker will decide the winners.
- Teams will be ranked by number of wins and then game difference (GD) for all matches.
- Two top players will play in the Singles Final.
- All Singles matches EXCEPT the final will be decided by a single set.
- The Singles Final will be best of 3 sets
- If score is tied after 2 sets, a 10-point tie-breaker will decide the winner.
- Players will be ranked by number of wins and then game difference (GD) for all matches.
- Game Difference (GD) will be calculated by number of total games won minus number of total games lost
- Tie-breaker game/set will not count towards GD.
- For example, if Party A wins against Party B 6-4,7-6 (GD for Party A will be +2, while GD for Party B will be -2)
- If Party A wins against Party B 6-4,4-6,10-8 (tie-break) GD for both Party A and Party B will be 0
- Forfeited matches will have a GD of 0 for both parties
- For abandoned matches, GD will be calculated based on the games completed.
- For example, if play was abandoned at 5-3, GD will be 2
- When more matches are scheduled than available courts, the order of play will be cordially set by discussion.
- In case of disagreement, the order of play will be decided by coin toss (or lottery)
- If scheduled matches for a time slot (example: 9:00 AM) or a full session (example: SAT morning) cannot be played due to weather, they will be rescheduled.
- Matches for later time slot (10:15) or session (SAT evening) will start on schedule
- If a match is stopped due to rain, it will be resumed later.
