- Tournament Format
- 4 teams will play in a round robin format.
- Two top teams will play in the Doubles Final.
- Ranking will be based on
- Total points
- Head-to-head result (if points are tied)

- Teams will schedule and complete the group matches during the allotted period of Apr 3-10, 2026
- Teams are discouraged to leave any matches for the last allowed date (Apr 10) for two reasons:
- Weather may be a factor
- Finalists may have to play back-to-back days.

- Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted to the website as well as group chat to encourage supporters to come and enjoy.

- Scoring
- Win = 2 points, Loss = 0 points, no draws allowed
- All matches will be best of 3 full sets.
- Standard tennis rules apply
- If the score reaches 6-6 in the first two sets, a tiebreaker (first to 7 points, win by 2) will be played
- If the 3rd set is tied at 6-6, winner will be decided by a 10-point tiebreaker (first to 10 points, win by 2)
- Game Difference (GD) will be calculated by number of total games won minus number of total games lost
- Tiebreaker counts as a game and will be counted in the GD. For example, if a team wins by 7-6, 7-6, it will gain +2 GD and +2 Set difference.
- Forfeited matches will have a score of 6-0, 6-0, with GD of 12.
- For Partially forfeited matches, winner will be awarded all remaining games. So, if a player forfeits while leading 5-3, it will be recorded as 5-7, 0-6 with a GD of -8.
- Code of Conduct
- Players must arrive 15 minutes before the match start time.
- Warm-up time: 5 minutes before the match.
- Players must respect the umpire’s decisions.
- In the absence of an umpire, the call belongs to the receiving team. If the hitting team feels strongly about a call, the receiving team may (but not obligated to) replay that point.
- Any misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to point penalties or disqualification.
- It is expected that the non-playing players will referee the match
- Equipment and Dress Code
- Players must wear proper tennis attire and shoes.
- Each player should bring their own racquet.

- Tie and Walkover Rules
- Both players for a team failing to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will forfeit the match (walkover).
- Injuries or retirements during a match will result in the opponent being declared the winner.
- In case of any disputes, Tournament Committee will review all scenarios and offer a verdict.
